We are NOT a Call Centre. All our calls are routed via our sophisticated system to highly qualified and experienced PA’s who are based in various locations throughout Ireland and the UK.

Our Call Answering Process

We provide you with a unique divert number into which you can divert your existing telephone line or lines. You can divert landlines and mobiles, whatever you wish.
02.
We answer all of your calls – Good Morning/ Afternoon – Your Business Name, How may we help you?
03.
We take a detailed message with all of the caller’s details and any relevant information you require.
04.
We then relay a message to you by email, text or both.
05.
Every evening we also send you an email summary of all messages relayed during the day.
06.
Our live service operates between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 2.00pm on Saturday
