A very busy mid-sized Cork based practice with the Principal, 3 Solicitors and 2 Legal Secretaries. Tele Call handles calls for the practice on 2 days each week and full time during busy periods and also during holidays. Tele Call handles approx. 120 calls per month for the practice. We take messages with full details and we also patch calls through at certain times or if calls are from certain clients.
