Tele CallWe provide you with a unique telephone number that you divert your existing number to or you can use this as your own number (we can supply numbers for any local area 01, 061, 043, 045 etc.)

Tele CallA minimum of 4 Dedicated PA’s / Operators are assigned to answer all of your calls

Tele CallYour calls are answered “Good Morning/Afternoon, YOUR BUSINESS NAME, XXXX speaking, how may I help you?”

Tele CallWe answer your calls and take detailed messages as per your instructions

Tele CallWe then send the message to you by email or text or both

Tele CallThe cost of our telephone answering service is based on the number of calls we take for you each month.

Tele CallIf you wish, we can patch the call directly through to you

Tele CallIf you need us to take a booking, we can do this by recording the details on your online diary which you can also access

Tele CallEach evening we can send you a summary of all messages by email

Tele CallOur live service operates between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays between 8.00am and 3.00 pm. Out of hours calls are recorded on your own voicemail and messages sent to you via email
